- Find a worker. Search by trade or browse the workers near you. Check their rate, ratings and the Verified badge.
- Send a request. Choose the date and time, write what needs to be done and confirm the address. Nothing is charged yet.
- Wait for the worker to accept. You will get a notification. If the worker does not answer, the request expires and you can try someone else.
- Pay in the app. Once accepted, pay with GCash, Maya, a card or QR Ph. We hold the payment until the job is done.
- Job done. The worker marks it complete. Check the work, then press Confirm to release the payment. If something went wrong, press Dispute instead.
If you do not confirm or dispute, the payment is released to the worker automatically 72 hours after completion.
