How it works

Simple for customers. Fair for workers. Protected for both.

Here's what happens from the first tap to the final payout.

If you're a customer

  1. Find

Search verified workers by service and location.

  2. Request

Describe the job, address, schedule and estimated hours. The total is shown in ₱.

  3. Pay to escrow

When the worker accepts, pay through HitPay. Funds are held — the worker is not paid yet.

  4. Job done

The worker starts and completes the job. You'll be notified.

  5. Confirm

Confirm to release payment. Or do nothing: it auto-releases after 72 hours if there's no dispute.

  6. Review

Rate your worker to help the next customer.

  • Problem with the job?

Open a dispute before confirming. Our team investigates and refunds or releases.

  • Change of plans?

Cancel before work starts for a refund. See the Refund & Cancellation policy.

If you're a worker

  1. Sign up

Create your account with your mobile number.

  2. Verify (KYC)

Upload 2 different valid government IDs, a police clearance and a resume, and accept the data privacy consent.

  3. Get approved

We review manually. If something's unclear we'll tell you exactly what to fix.

  4. Accept jobs

Requests come in; accept or decline.

  5. Do the work

Start the job in the app, complete it, and mark it done.

  6. Get paid

Once confirmed (or auto-released), your payout is released minus the platform fee.
