- Flat tire change, if you have a spare
- Lockout help when the keys are inside
- Battery replacement, with the parts price shown before you agree
- A quick check on site to see what is wrong
How it is designed to work
Four steps, price shown first.
Say where you are and what happened
Pick the problem and share the spot where the vehicle is. You also see a short safety checklist first.
See the price, then confirm
The price is shown before you confirm. You pay into escrow, so the technician is not paid until the job is done.
A technician accepts and comes to you
Technicians choose to accept a job. You see who is coming and can follow them while the job is active.
Check the work, then confirm
You get a start code to share with the technician when they arrive. Photos can be taken before and after the work.
Safety
Safety comes before speed.
Injured or in danger? Call 911 first. Jaypees is not an emergency service.
- Safety tips before you bookMove away from traffic, turn on your hazard lights and stay clear of moving vehicles.
- Start codeA code is shown in your app. Give it only to the technician who matches the name and photo in the app.
- PhotosPhotos can be taken in the app before and after the work, so both sides have a record.
- SOS buttonAn SOS button is planned on every active job. It alerts our support team and shows a tap-to-call 911 screen.
