When you pay, Jaypees holds the money. The worker is paid only after you confirm the job, or after 72 hours if you do not respond.
- Something went wrong? Press Dispute on the booking before the payment is released. We look at the booking, the chat and any photos, then decide: a full refund, a partial refund, or release to the worker.
- Cancelling before the job starts? You can cancel from the booking screen. The refund goes back to the way you paid.
- How long does a refund take? Usually a few business days after it is approved. GCash and Maya are often quicker than cards.
We never ask for your OTP, password or card number in chat or by message.
