When do workers get paid?

  1. After the customer confirms the job (or 72 hours pass), your earnings become Ready.
  2. We send ready earnings in batches to the payout account you saved (GCash, Maya or bank). You will see Being sent, then Paid with the account it went to.
  3. A small minimum applies, and a new or changed payout account has a short safety hold first.

Your platform fee is 12 percent of the booking, taken from your payout. If an amount looks wrong, open Earnings and tap the payout to see the reason, or use Report a problem.
