A worker with the Verified badge sent us two valid government IDs, a selfie, a recent police clearance and a resume, and a person on our team checked them.
Verified means identity-checked. It is a first layer of trust. It is not a guarantee of the quality of the work or the worker's conduct, so please also read ratings and reviews.
If something about a worker worries you, use Report a problem. For emergencies call 911.
